על פי הפרסום הזה, אברהם מארעווסקי שהיה שחקן בלהקת ווילנער טרופע, מסר את הניגון והוא שימש כמוסיקה למחול "הבטלנים". הפרסום שמור בארכיון התיאטרון בהר הצופים

According to this publication, Avraham Marevski, who was an actor in the Vilner Trupe troupe, transmitted the nigun which was used as the music for the "Dance of the Bums." This publication is kept in the Theater Archive on Mount Scopius
